Shipments

We deliver to Europe by our courrier GLS or SDA and to other countries by the Italian post service.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

The amount of the shipping costs is not pre-determinable since it depends on many factors (place of destination, weight, type of shipment, dimensions, possible right to mark ...).
The site therefore proposes the valid prices, but without the shipping cost: please therefore indicate the DESTINATION precisely so as to allow us to make the shipping price more convenient to you.

ATTENTION: the procedure DOES NOT conclude with the purchase, but with a request.
The purchase is considered concluded only after a direct contact with Epoca Car for the precise definition of the price and the purchase itself. In particular, the price at 0 means that the product is not currently available, but may be available soon.

In the next e-mail contact, before proceeding with the order, the customer will be informed in advance of the cost of transport and shipping methods to the destination indicated, he will also be asked to indicate the payment methods and confirm the order .

We will deliver directly to the address specified in your order.
We can deliver an order to an alternative address from your registered membership address. Such an alternative delivery address can be provided to us when ordering by phone, or email or on www.epocacar.com.

Once delivered, the products ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on delivery.

By purchasing from Epoca Car Srl you agree that Epoca Car does not have any responsability for shipments and products that are lost, stolen, broken or burned.

Epoca Car Srl is not responsible for any costs related to returned shipments.
